NO refunds will be given on services already provided.

If you purchase a package and do not want to complete the already purchased package,  you will receive a refund minus the FULL amount of the service you received. 

NO refunds on unused packages that are 3 months past last treatment. 

Payments are expected at time of treatment, no exceptions. 

All cancellations must be 24 hours prior to appointment or you will be charged a $50 fee. 

If you cancel more than 3 times you will be required to put a $50 deposit down for all future appointments.
